Notre unité d'affaire Energie a pour mission d'optimiser l'ensemble des activités de production et de gestion de l'énergie, dont notamment la production d'énergie renouvelable avec comme source, la biomasse, l'éolien, l'hydraulique, le photovoltaïque et la géothermie. Afin de compléter nos équipes du Service Thermie, nous sommes à la recherche, pour notre site de Morges, d'un(e)

Asset Manager \- Actifs Thermiques (f/h) 80\-100% =================================================

Profil

  • Ingénieur HES/EPF ou formation jugée équivalente dans les domaines de l'énergie, de la thermique, de la mécanique ou de l'industrie
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans l'exploitation, la maintenance ou la gestion de la performance d'installations énergétiques ou industrielles
  • Expérience dans les installations thermiques, biomasse, réseaux de chauffage à distance ou procédés industriels similaires, un atout
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion financière d'actifs et en pilotage budgétaire OPEX
  • Solides compétences en analyse de la performance technique, économique et énergétique
  • Maîtrise des outils SAP, GMAO, Excel et des outils de reporting
  • Connaissances en gestion des risques opérationnels et en gestion contractuelle de prestataires
  • Esprit analytique, orientation résultats et capacité à piloter des démarches d'amélioration continue
  • Sens de l'organisation, autonomie, aisance relationnelle et excellente maîtrise du français (anglais ou allemand un atout)

Responsabilités

  • Élaborer, suivre et maîtriser le budget OPEX des actifs thermiques
  • Assurer le suivi de la performance technique et économique des installations sous votre responsabilité
  • Identifier les écarts de performance, réaliser les analyses des causes racines et définir les plans d'actions correctifs
  • Élaborer, piloter et suivre le plan de maintenance annuel des installations
  • Optimiser la disponibilité, la fiabilité et le rendement des installations
  • Assurer le suivi des risques opérationnels, définir les mesures de mitigation appropriées et en piloter la mise en œuvre
  • Garantir la conformité réglementaire et environnementale des installations
  • Élaborer les hypothèses OPEX et assurer le suivi des Business Plans des actifs matures
  • Identifier, prioriser et mettre en œuvre les actions d'amélioration continue
  • Assurer le suivi de la qualité du combustible et analyser son impact sur les performances des installations
  • Coordonner les interfaces avec les équipes transverses et les parties prenantes externes
