Conseiller juridique (F/H) 80\-100%

Profil

\- De formation juridique suisse, vous êtes au bénéfice d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans au sein d'une entreprise ou d'une étude d'avocats.

\- Bonnes connaissances dans les domaines du droit des sociétés, des contrats, du droit de la construction, du droit administratif, ainsi que des droits réels. Connaissances dans les marchés publics un atout.

\- Familiarisé avec les questions économiques et financières et habitué à accompagner des projets d'entreprise, vous êtes de langue maternelle française et disposez idéalement de bonnes connaissances de l'anglais.

\- Ouvert d'esprit, curieux et privilégiant l'approche pluridisciplinaire, votre sens de l'écoute, votre esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, ainsi que votre aisance d'expression font de vous un interlocuteur crédible et écouté à l'interne comme à l'externe.

\- Vous avez une approche pragmatique des questions juridiques, êtes orienté solutions et êtes reconnu pour votre sens des priorités, de l'organisation, de l'anticipation et de la discrétion.

\- Bonne capacité d'entregent et de négociation, grand sens de l'analyse et de la synthèse.

Responsabilités

\- Vous travaillez de manière autonome, en étroite collaboration avec vos clients internes, en conseillant et soutenant certaines des unités d'affaires, des départements ou des sociétés du Groupe en matière juridique.

\- Dans ce cadre, vous êtes amené à rédiger, revoir ou négocier tout type de convention ou de contrat et à élaborer des avis de droit et autres documents juridiques en relation avec nos domaines d'activités.

\- Vous participez aux relations que nous entretenons avec les autorités judiciaires, administratives et de régulation et, le cas échéant, vous gérez les rapports avec les avocats externes.

\- Vous contribuez en outre à l'élaboration et à la mise à jour de la veille juridique et à la gestion des documents sociaux des entités du Groupe, des mandats de représentation en qualité d'administrateur des sociétés\-filles ou de représentation au sein de groupes de travail ou de partenariats étant également envisageables.
