Romande Energie Services SA conseille et accompagne nos clients particuliers et professionnels pour leur apporter des solutions énergétiques efficientes et innovantes.

Afin d'assurer la continuité de nos activités à la suite d'un départ à la retraite, notre département Électrotechnique, situé au \-Lancy (GE), recherche un\-e :

Responsable de projets \- Expert en installation et sécurité électrique (f/h) 100% =====================================================================================

Profil

  • Personne de métier titulaire de la Maîtrise fédérale d'expert en installation et sécurité électrique ou personne de métier.
  • Expérience confirmée d'au moins 5 ans dans les installations électriques, la mise en conformité et la gestion de projets.
  • Connaissance approfondie des normes OIBT/NIBT et des pratiques de contrôle.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, proactivité et aisance dans la communication.
  • Capacité à piloter des projets de manière autonome, à réaliser des chiffrages et à élaborer des plans.
  • Leadership technique, rigueur et sens de la pédagogie pour accompagner les équipes.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils de dimensionnement ainsi que des logiciels Winprogitel et ElektroForm

Responsabilités

  • Veiller à la bonne exécution des travaux d'installations électriques.
  • Assurer le suivi technique, administratif et financier des chantiers et rédiger les rapports correspondants.
  • Assumer le rôle de personne de métier et garantir la conformité des installations électriques aux normes en vigueur.
  • Définir et mettre à jour les procédures techniques et de sécurité, et veiller à leur respect.
  • Former, conseiller et accompagner les collaborateurs et les apprentis sur les exigences normatives et les aspects liés à la qualité.
  • Apporter une expertise technique aux équipes dans le cadre de projets complexes.
  • Effectuer une veille réglementaire et anticiper les évolutions normatives.
  • Être l'interlocuteur de référence lors des audits, inspections et contrôles liés à l'OIBT et à l'ESTI.
