Notre unité d'affaires Réseaux agit en tant que facilitateur en accompagnant nos parties prenantes dans leurs démarches d'électrification. Nous construisons et exploitons des réseaux de distribution intelligents, résilients et durables, soutenus par l'innovation technologique, afin d'acheminer l'énergie électrique à nos clients et de répondre aux enjeux énergétiques croissants.

Afin de compléter l'équipe Gestion Stratégique au sein du service Gestion \& Soutien Infrastructure à Morges, nous recherchons un

Spécialiste timbre et tarification réseau (f/h) 80\-100% ==========================================================

Profil

  • Economiste (HEC), spécialiste en finance ou Diplôme d'ingénieur EPF/HES en génie électrique ou formation équivalente.
  • Expérience dans les domaines de l'analyse financière et des réseaux de transport et de distribution électrique.
  • A l'aise avec les outils informatiques MS\-Office en particulier avec Excel. Connaissances SAP, un atout.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la structuration des données financières \& création de tableaux de bord.
  • Esprit structuré, analytique et synthétique.
  • Langue maternelle française, allemand B2\.

Responsabilités

  • Elaborer la stratégie tarifaire réseau.
  • Définir la tarification réseau et assurer le calcul des tarifs réseaux dans le respect du cadre légal et des contraintes régulatoires afin d'assurer un positionnement compétitif.
  • Etablir le budget kWh nécessaire au calcul des tarifs réseaux.
  • Assurer le calcul des pertes réseaux et la surveillance de tous les tarifs.
  • Fournir des prestations de conseil à des tiers, gérer les documents nécessaires à l'ElCom, définir les données nécessaires au reporting ElCom, le compléter et l'envoyer dans les délais.
  • Contrôler trimestriellement la valeur de notre réseau et assurer le suivi des mouvements d'énergie.
  • Calculer la rémunération pour l'utilisation du réseau par niveau de réseau (NR) en appliquant toujours les dernières directives de la branche.
  • Calculer le timbre pour les GRD aval.
