Technik verstehen \- Wissen vermitteln \- Lernen neu gestalten. In der RONDO Academy entwickelst du moderne Lernangebote und machst technisches Know\-how verständlich und erlebbar. Dabei gestaltest du den Aufbau unserer Academy aktiv mit und gibst dein Wissen intern sowie an unsere Kundschaft weltweit weiter.

Diese Tätigkeit ist deine Leidenschaft

* Lernangebote entwickeln Du konzipierst praxisnahe Lernpfade und Zertifizierungsstufen für unsere Master\-Baker\- und Servicetechnik\-Ausbildungen. * Lerninhalte gestalten Du bereitest technisches Wissen methodisch und didaktisch auf und entwickelst daraus verständliche und attraktive Trainingsinhalte. * Wissen vermitteln Du führst Trainings und Schulungen durch, intern bei RONDO sowie direkt bei unserer Kundschaft vor Ort. * Digitales Lernen vorantreiben Du entwickelst digitale Lernformate weiter und nutzt moderne Lerntools, um Wissen zeitgemäss und wirkungsvoll zu vermitteln. * Lernplattform betreuen Du arbeitest mit unserem Learning Management System (LMS) und sorgst dafür, dass Inhalte und Daten aktuell und strukturiert gepflegt sind. * RONDO Academy mitgestalten Du bringst deine Ideen und Erfahrungen aktiv ein und wirkst beim weiteren Aufbau und bei der langfristigen Entwicklung unserer Academy mit.

Deine Expertise überzeugt uns

* Technischer Hintergrund Du hast eine technische Berufslehre oder eine Maturität abgeschlossen und bringst ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen mit. * Erfahrung in Training und Content Du bringst Erfahrung aus der technischen Dokumentation, Mediengestaltung, dem E\-Learning, Training oder dem technischen Kundendienst mit. * Didaktisches Know\-how Du weisst, wie Wissen nachhaltig vermittelt wird, und verfügst über erprobte methodische und didaktische Kenntnisse. Erfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung ist von Vorteil. * Digitale Kompetenz Du bist offen für neue Technologien, kennst digitale Lerntools und verstehst es, digitale Möglichkeiten sinnvoll in Lernkonzepte zu integrieren. * Konzeptionelle Stärke Du denkst strukturiert und konzeptionell, bringst Projektmanagement\-Erfahrung mit und setzt Ideen gerne selbst in die Tat um. * Sicheres Auftreten Du präsentierst gerne, kannst komplexe Inhalte verständlich vermitteln und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
