Åhus Seaside söker dig som älskar värdskap, mat och dryck och vars energi och glädje smittar av sig!

Vi söker dig som är modig, glad, strukturerad med en stark känsla för värdskap och försäljning.

Din huvuduppgift är att ge våra gäster en upplevelse över förväntan.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Servering av mat och dryck i a la carte, festvånings beställningar och konferenser
  • Erbjuda högsta värdskaps- och kompetensnivå för att alltid tillse att gästerna blir bemötta med glädje och lekfullhet.
  • Alltid föregå med gott exempel och vara förebild för övriga kollegor.
  • Vara insatt, uppdaterad och kunnig i restaurangens utbud samt trender inom branschen
  • Arbeta för en sälj kultur på avdelningen.
  • Jobba aktivt och engagerat för att nå dina individuella, avdelningens och hotellets mål.
  • Att ställa upp och i möjligaste mån hjälpa övriga avdelningar.
  • Aktivt deltagande på avdelnings-/informationsmöten.

Vem är du?

Vi förväntar oss att du genomför ditt arbete med värme, entusiasm och glädje. Du är bekväm med ägande av problem och har en "våga fråga" attityd. Du har passion för yrket, är nyfiken och engagerad och tar dig an dina uppgifter med glädje. Du är van att arbeta snabbt och flexibelt och som sagt, alltid med ambitionen att överträffa gästers och medarbetares förväntningar.

  • Du har stort gäst fokus, är lyhörd och lösnings orienterad och kombinerar kvalitets tänk med noggrannhet och engagemang
  • Du trivs med att arbeta i en miljö med högt tempo, du vågar fråga och tar egna initiativ
  • Du har god samarbetsförmåga och värdesätter teamarbete
  • Du är en ödmjuk, prestigelös glädjespridare med glimten i ögat och mycket JA-attityd
  • Du har god kassa vana
  • Du är flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
  • Du har flera års erfarenhet av servering, värdskap och att arbeta i bar
  • Du har fyllt 20 år.
  • Ett stort vin intresse. Det är meriterande om du är utbildad sommelier eller bartender.
