Wij zoeken een energieke en enthousiaste personeelsbegeleider die met plezier in beweging blijft, ook in een complexe, dynamische werkomgeving. Samen zorgen we dat collega’s optimaal functioneren en zich ontwikkelen, zodat zij het verschil kunnen maken voor de forensische doelgroep.

Wie we zoeken

Voor onze afdeling HRM zijn wij op zoek naar jou als:

Personeelsbegeleider 24–28 uur | Onbepaalde tijd

Je wordt onderdeel van een bruisend HRM-team van 27 professionals, ieder met eigen specialismen: HR-advies, opleidingen, recruitment, personeelsplanning, administratie, arbo en personeelsbegeleiding. Je stapt in de bijzondere wereld van de forensische psychiatrie, waar we werken met patiënten met ernstige psychiatrische problematiek.

Wat ga je doen?

Als personeelsbegeleider ben je een steunpilaar voor medewerkers en teams:

· Ondersteunen en coachen: Met supervisie, intervisie, (team)coaching en trainingen help je collega’s optimaal functioneren.

· Signaleren en voorkomen: Zie je spanningen of risico’s bij medewerkers of teams? Jij grijpt preventief in en voorkomt (ziekte)verzuim.

· Beleidsbijdrage: Denk mee over beleid rondom psychosociale zorg en begeleiding van medewerkers.

· Veiligheid & welzijn: Neem deel aan de Arbo-commissie en werk mee aan een veilige en gezonde werkvloer.

· Trainingsontwikkeling: Ontwikkel en geef programma’s op het gebied van bijvoorbeeld integriteit.

Kortom: jouw werk heeft directe impact op het welzijn van al onze medewerkers.

Wat bieden wij?

  • Salaris volgens cao GGZ: FWG 55 (tussen €4.000,- en €5.249,-) afhankelijk van ervaring.
  • Jaarlijkse forensische bonus, eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23/km (max. 120 km per dag).
  • Balansbudget van €1.000,- bruto per jaar (bij fulltime) voor opleiding, extra verlof of uitbetaling.
  • Jaarlijks teamuitje – want een veilig en vertrouwd team is goud waard.
  • Werken in een vooruitstrevende organisatie met volop groeimogelijkheden.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Afgeronde Hbo-opleiding, plus LVSC/NOBCO-certificering als supervisor, coach of organisatiebegeleider (Master Begeleidingskunde is een pré).
  • Ervaring in individuele en teambegeleiding.
  • Uitstekende luistervaardigheden en een nieuwsgierige houding.
  • Tact, overtuigingskracht, sociale vaardigheden en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Vermogen om op alle organisatieniveaus gevraagd en ongevraagd advies te geven.
