Amata mērķis: veikt Ropažu novada pašvaldībā saņemto pavadzīmju pārbaudi, reģistrāciju, apstrādi, saistītos grāmatojumus un kontu atlikumu pārbaudi.

Galvenie amata pienākumi:

  • veikt savlaicīgu saņemto dokumentu, pārbaudi, apstrādi un ar tiem saistīto grāmatojumu veikšanu grāmatvedības un finanšu vadības programmā;
  • sagatavot dokumentus apmaksai;
  • veikt pakalpojumu uzskaiti; kontrolēt, lai tiktu pievienoti pamatojošie dokumenti par pakalpojumu izpildi;
  • veikt krājumu uzskaiti;
  • veikt avansa norēķinu uzskaiti;
  • veikt precīzu saņemto dokumentu uzskaiti pa iestādēm, struktūrvienībām, materiāli atbildīgajām personām;
  • veikt saimniecisko darījumu reģistrēšanu grāmatvedības reģistros, pamatojoties uz attaisnojuma dokumentiem;
  • regulāri veikt grāmatvedības uzskaites kontu atlikumu pārbaudi;
  • nodrošināt grāmatvedības dokumentu noformēšanu atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām;
  • nodrošināt grāmatvedības metodikā aprakstīto metožu pielietojumu;
  • sagatavot atskaites, finanšu pārskatus, inventarizācijas sarakstus, grāmatvedības reģistrus un attaisnojošos dokumentus;
  • sagatavot materiālu un inventāra inventarizācijas sarakstus, veikt salīdzināšanu ar iestādēm un struktūrvienībām.

Prasības pretendentiem:

  • augstākā izglītība grāmatvedības, ekonomikas vai finanšu jomā;
  • vēlama pieredze
