Le rôle et l’équipe Pour relever nos défis, nous recrutons notre prochain Application Scientist Cosmétique (H/F) au sein de la Division Roquette Beauté, pour notre laboratoire d’Applications Cosmétiques. Ce poste est basé à Saint-Denis (93 - Région Parisienne) et est proposé dans le cadre d'un CDD de 6 mois à pourvoir dès que possible. Le poste et les missions Vous participerez au développement de solutions applicatives cosmétiques en lien avec les besoins du marché, au sein de laboratoires entièrement neufs, équipés d'équipements de pointe. Vous apporterez votre expérience et votre talent pour : Contribuer aux projets de développement de matières premières cosmétiques en assurant une veille technologique et concurrentielle adaptée ; déterminant les plans de tests nécessaires à l'identification des performances cosmétiques ; réalisant les tests nécessaires à l'évaluation des performances cosmétiques ; rassemblant l'ensemble des résultats dans des rapports d'étude complets ; assurant la communication des études aux interfaces internes (R&D, Marketing, Sales). Mettre en valeur les performances des matières premières cosmétiques au travers de formulations cosmétiques variées, stables et conformes d'un point de vue toxicologique et réglementaire. Mettre en place des méthodes d'évaluation des performances répétables et reproductibles, avec des procédures rédigées et partagées entre les CTS cosmétiques. Contribuer à la vie du laboratoire : 5S, gestion des stocks et gestion des équipements. Assurer un support technique auprès des équipes Sales, Marketing, des clients et des distributeurs. Ce que nous allons aimer chez vous Votre rigueur, votre organisation et votre curiosité scientifique seront des atouts essentiels pour réussir dans ce poste. Vous appréciez le travail expérimental en laboratoire et savez faire preuve d'autonomie tout en collaborant efficacement avec différentes équipes. Créatif(ve) et force de proposition, vous aimez relever des défis techniques et contribuer au développement de solutions innovantes dans l'univers de la cosmétique. Vous êtes attiré(e) par le domaine de la cosmétique et souhaitez développer votre expertise dans un environnement scientifique exigeant et stimulant. Mais aussi : Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme Bac+5 (Master ou diplôme d'Ingénieur) avec une spécialisation en chimie, formulation, sciences des matériaux ou domaine équivalent. Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie en formulation cosmétique (alternance ou expérience professionnelle), idéalement chez un fabricant d'ingrédients ou de produits cosmétiques. Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances des matières premières cosmétiques et manifestez un intérêt particulier pour les ingrédients d'origine naturelle. Vous maîtrisez les techniques de formulation et avez des notions en caractérisation et analyses physico-chimiques. Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais technique, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
