Na Roquette, o time de Controle de Qualidade é responsável por analisar e aprovar produtos e controlar e aprovar processos relacionados a Qualidade atendendo as Boas práticas de fabricação e a regulação sanitária vigente. Assegurar que as normas aplicáveis estejam sendo seguidas e registradas, bem como divulgar os resultados internamente e externamente quando requerido.

Sua missão

Esta posição é responsável pela gestão das atividades dos laboratórios sob os aspectos técnico e organizacional, garantindo a excelência operacional, a conformidade regulatória e o cumprimento das normas e padrões de qualidade aplicáveis. Além disso, o cargo impulsiona iniciativas de melhoria contínua, apoia os objetivos da qualidade e assegura a confiabilidade e a integridade dos resultados analíticos, em conformidade com os requisitos da empresa e do setor.

Sua experiência e talentos farão a diferença para:

  • Coordenar e direcionar as atividades executadas pelos funcionários dos laboratórios físico-químico, microbiológico e controle em processo;
  • Acompanhar e responder às inspeções por clientes e órgãos institucionais do governo (ANVISA, SUVISA, etc.)
  • Realização de auditorias em fornecedores, auditorias corporativas e prestadores de serviços;
  • Elaborar e revisar os procedimentos, métodos analíticos e especificações de acordo com as normas vigentes e compêndios oficiais;
  • Verificar toda documentação dos lotes analisados (matérias-primas, materiais de embalagem, produtos intermediários e produto acabado);
  • Responder os processos de produtos provenientes de reclamações e devoluções;
  • Abrir Controle de Mudança e Relatórios de não conformidade, bem como realizar todas as investigações necessárias;
  • Auxiliar a Garantia da Qualidade em auditorias de clientes e fornecedores;
  • Participar ativamente em investigação de desvios e iniciativas de projeto de melhoria e redução de custos;
  • Elaborar protocolos de estudos de estabilidade, validação de métodos analíticos e qualificação de equipamentos;
  • Acompanhar e programar os estudos de estabilidade (acelerado, prateleira e longa duração) emitir os relatórios necessários;
  • Informar o departamento da qualidade sobre o recebimento de MP/ME durante o mês;
  • Participar de auditorias internas da qualidade (ISO ou GMP).
  • Gestão de orçamento da área.

  • Conhecimento em práticas laboratoriais, Microbiologia, Ferramentas da Qualidade e Gestão de Laboratórios.
