Jobs and Responsibilities

Assist with laundry job preparation and ensure the production area is kept clean and tidy.

Check raw linen, garments, and finished laundry items for quality; sort and pack finished goods ready for delivery.

Daily assistance is required to help workers carry goods weighing 20–30 kg.

Store all laundry supplies, detergents, and chemicals properly, and sanitize and clean workstations, washing machines, dryers, ironing equipment, and tools when needed.

Meet daily production targets and deadlines while maintaining consistent laundry quality.

Responsible for liaising between management and employees.

Monitor and report job performance to management on a daily basis.

Build business knowledge and awareness of shared company goals.

Provide staff with guidance and assistance.

Requirements

At least 3–5 years of relevant laundry work experience.

Able to move objects weighing 20–30 kg.

Ready to work any shift.

Able to work in a fast-paced laundry production environment.

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Physical endurance to stand for an entire shift.

Self-motivated and self-directed.

Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks.

Able to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
