Kantineleder ved Rosborg Gymnasium & HF i Vejle

Vores mangeårige kantineleder går på pension, og derfor søger vi en ny kantineleder.

Kantinelederen har ansvaret for den daglige drift, dvs. indkøb, madplaner, arbejdsplaner, regnskab og økonomi i forbindelse med kantinedriften samt kantinens egenkontrol. Desuden indgår du i det daglige arbejde i køkkenet.

Vi forventer, at du har erfaring fra arbejde i kantinekøkken/ institutionskøkken, og vi lægger vægt på, at du er serviceminded, jordnær, initiativrig og en god personaleleder. Du har naturligvis også flair for samarbejde og erfaring med kundebetjening. Omsætningen afhænger af kantinepersonalets evne til at imødekomme brugernes ønsker, hvorfor service og evne til at omgås unge mennesker er vigtig.

Kantinens kunder er primært skolens 1.375 elever og 145 ansatte. Udover de daglige brugere er kantinen også til rådighed ved særlige (aften)arrangementer, kurser og møder.

Kantinepersonalet arbejder som et team, hvor alle hjælper hinanden med den daglige produktion af sund og alsidig kost. Det kolde køkken omfatter fremstilling af salatbar, burgere, sandwich m.m., derudover tilbydes lune og varme retter. Det er vigtigt for os, at du kan bidrage med ideer, der kan fortsætte udviklingen af skolens madtilbud i en bæredygtig retning.

Løn og ansættelsesforhold i henhold til gældende overenskomst.
