  • Full Time
  • Required January 2027

At Rosecroft, we're building something special. We are a large, inclusive primary school where children come first, relationships matter and high expectations underpin everything we do. As part of an exciting journey of improvement, we are creating a culture of trust, transparency and collaboration, where staff feel supported, valued and empowered to make a difference. Located in a modern, purpose-built school with exceptional learning environments both indoors and out, we are ambitious for our pupils, our staff and our future. If you're looking to join a team that works hard, celebrates together and is committed to helping every child achieve, collaborate and flourish, we'd love to hear from you.

Rosecroft Primary School is located on the outskirts of Attleborough, just off the A11. We are less than 30 minutes to Norwich and within easy reach of other locations in both Norfolk and Suffolk.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an exceptional Reception teacher to join our committed, ambitious and supportive team from January 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled EYFS practitioner who is passionate about providing children with the very best start to their educational journey.

We are looking for a teacher who understands that high-quality provision sits at the heart of outstanding EYFS practice and who recognises the learning environment as a powerful ‘third adult’. The successful candidate will create purposeful, engaging and carefully designed provision that nurtures independence, develops curiosity and inspires a lifelong love of learning.

This role would suit a reflective and ambitious practitioner who places children at the centre of everything they do, values strong relationships with families and colleagues, and is excited by the opportunity to contribute to a school on a positive and ambitious improvement journey.

Our school can offer:

· Wonderful children who are enthusiastic, curious and eager to learn.

· A positive, supportive and genuinely collaborative staff team.

· The opportunity to help shape the future of a school on an exciting improvement journey.

· A culture built on trust, transparency and strong relationships.

· Leaders who value staff wellbeing, professional growth and open communication.

· High-quality professional development and career progression opportunities.

· Opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across Sapientia Education Trust.

· A modern, purpose-built school with extensive indoor and outdoor learning environments.

· A workplace where staff support one another, celebrate successes together and enjoy working as part of a team.

We are looking for teachers who will:

· Put children at the heart of every decision.

· Have high expectations and secure excellent outcomes for all pupils.

· Create enabling environments that inspire exploration, independence and sustained engagement.

· Understand the vital role of continuous provision in supporting learning and development.

· Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

· Be reflective, resilient and committed to continual improvement.

· Demonstrate a strong understanding of inclusion, equality and equity.

· Contribute positively to our collaborative school culture.

· Bring energy, creativity and enthusiasm to school life.

· Help shape the future of Rosecroft as part of our continued journey of improvement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
