På Rosenfeldt & Partners söker vi nu fler drivna säljare som vill utvecklas tillsammans med ett bolag i snabb tillväxt. Vi tror att försäljning är en av de mest värdefulla kompetenserna du kan lära dig. Du lär dig att kommunicera, förstå människor, hantera invändningar och skapa resultat. Det är färdigheter du har nytta av oavsett vart karriären tar dig. Vad innebär rollen? Du arbetar med försäljning via telefon mot privatkunder på den svenska och norska marknaden inom hälsa och kosttillskott. Du kommer bland annat att: Ha kunddialoger och presentera våra produkter.

Förstå kundens behov och driva säljsamtal framåt.

Arbeta mot tydliga individuella mål och teammål.

Utveckla din försäljningsteknik genom praktiskt arbete och coaching.

Du behöver inte kunna allt från början. Däremot behöver du vilja lära dig, ta feedback och omsätta den i resultat. Vad erbjuder vi? 100 % distansarbete – arbeta hemifrån.
