Als Teamleitung Filialinnendienst (m/w/d) übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Innendienstteams. Du koordinierst tägliche Abläufe, optimierst Prozesse und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Backoffice. Dabei bist du zentrale Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Schnittstellenbereiche und schaffst mit Organisation, Empathie und Führungskompetenz die Grundlage für effiziente Zusammenarbeit und hohe Servicequalität. Das erwartet dich:

  • Das Team des Filialinnendienstes wird von dir fachlich und disziplinarisch geführt.
  • Die täglichen Arbeitsabläufe werden von dir gesteuert und koordiniert.
  • Du erstellst und analysierst KPI-Reports und Filialdaten.
  • Förderung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden wird von dir übernommen.
  • Du betreibst Schnittstellenkommunikation zwischen Innendienst, Geschäftsleitung und zentralen Unternehmensbereichen.
  • Du optimierst interne Prozesse und arbeitest an Projekten mit.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • Erste Führungsverantwortung ist von Vorteil.
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel.
  • Erfahrung mit KPI-Analysen und prozessorientierten Arbeiten.
  • Organisationsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Empathie.
  • Lösungsorientierte, belastbare und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
