Als Teamleitung Filialprozesse (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Filialmanagement, Coaches, Innendienst und Geschäftsleitung. Du führst ein dezentrales Team, optimierst unsere Kernprozesse und sorgst dafür, dass Abläufe in den Filialen reibungslos funktionieren. Mit Organisationstalent, Empathie und Führungskompetenz schaffst du die Grundlage für effiziente Zusammenarbeit und hohe Servicequalität. Das erwartet dich:

  • Du übernimmst Führung und Entwicklung des Teams der Filialcoaches inkl. Coaching, Schulung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden.
  • Zur Weiterentwicklung der Kernprozesse im Filialmanagement leitest du Projekte und optimierst Prozesse.
  • Du übernimmst die operative Steuerung, unterstützt die Coaches bei täglichen Abläufen und fungierst als Ansprechperson für organisatorische und administrative Themen.
  • Prozessdaten, KPI-Reports und Reklamationen werden von dir ausgewertet und entsprechende Maßnahmen abgeleitet.
  • Du betreibst Schnittstellenkommunikation zwischen Innendienst, Geschäftsleitung, Coaches und zentralen Unternehmensbereichen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • Erste Führungsverantwortung ist von Vorteil.
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
  • Erfahrung mit KPI-Analysen und prozessorientierten Arbeiten.
  • Organisationsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Empathie.
  • Lösungsorientiertes, proaktives Denken.
  • Resilienz, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität.
  • Reise- und Übernachtungsbereitschaft wird für die Stelle vorausgesetzt
  • Führerschein der Klasse B.
