The posting

Brænder du for at give beboerne en tryg og omsorgsfuld pleje om natten, har du et godt omsorgshjerte og er udviklingsparat, så det måske dig vi søger.

Lidt om os: Vi søger en nattevagt som brænder for faglig udvikling og vil være med til at gøre en forskel for vores 57 beboer om natten.

Vi er et samlet hus bestående af tre afdelinger, hvor der bor 19 beboer pr. afdeling, hvoraf den ene plads er en aflastningsplads.

Vi arbejder med personcentreret omsorg og Marta Meo som skal skabe rammerne for fremtidens beboerkonferencer, hvor vi sammen får fundet ud af, hvilke tilgange og relationer der virker med udgangspunkt i anerkendende kommunikation.

Vi arbejder sammen om kerneopgaven for at skabe de bedste betingelser og rammer for at vores beboere oplever høj trivsel, livskvalitet med udgangspunkt i nære relationer.

Vi vægter et godt arbejdsmiljø højt, hvor kommunikation, samarbejde og dialog imellem medarbejdere og ledelse er omdrejningspunkt for, at skabe den gode arbejdsplads vi værner om.

Vi søger dig, som:

  • Er uddannet social og sundhedshjælper eller social og sundhedsassistent
  • Er udviklingsparat og fleksibel
  • Er motiveret for at arbejde med Marta Meo og personcentret omsorg
  • Vægter arbejdsmiljø og trivsel højt

Vi tilbyder:

  • En nattevagtstilling på 28 timer i et fast 7/7 rul med weekend arbejde hver 2. weekend
  • En fantastisk arbejdsplads, hvor der er mulighed for faglig udvikling og indflydelse
  • Et godt kollegaskab og samarbejde om kerneopgaven

Stillingen er til overtagelse pr. 1. februar 2027 eller snarest derefter.

Løn efter gældende overenskomst.
