The posting

Kan du lege, læse, synge og bygge huler med børn i vuggestuen? Så søger vi efter en pædagog, assistent eller medhjælper til et barselsvikariat på 37 t/u til Blomstergårdens vuggestue.

Vi er et lille hus med to vuggestuegrupper og to børnehavegrupper, der ligger omgivet af grønne områder. Vi har en lækker ny legeplads, en rytmik kælder og to nye ladcykler, som vi bruger til ture i området.

I Blomstergården arbejder vi med temaer som vi planlægger og arbejder med i fællesskab. Vi har fokus på at følge børnenes spor og deres interesse samt sikre at alle børn er en del af fælleskabet. Det er vigtigt for os, at vi giver børnene tryghed og nærvær samt at vi er nogle troværdige og relationskompetente voksne.

Vi er en mangfoldig personalegruppe med forskellige erfaringer, kompetencer og perspektiver, hvilket vi ser som en styrke. Vi er gode til at grine sammen og vi har en sjov humor.

  • Du kan bevare overblikket i stressende situationer
  • Du vægter et godt forældresamarbejde
