På Demenscenter Kristiansminde i Roskilde kommune gør vi en aktiv indsats for, at skabe en meningsfuld og tryg hverdag for vores beboere. Sammen med dine kollegaer bidrager du til, at sikre livskvalitet og tryghed for den enkelte beboer.

Udvikling og kompetencer er i fokus, da vi målrettet arbejder på, at være førende inden for demensplejen og omsorgen på et højt fagligt niveau. Blandt andet er vi påbegyndt en rejse mod at blive Marte Meo certificeret, som forventes i november 2026.

Vi søger en aftenvagt der er interesseret i demensområdet og er motiveret for at udvikle sine faglige kompetencer.
