Seit über 40 Jahren sind wir in der Schweiz im eCommerce und Versandhandel tätig. Unsere Zielgruppen sind Privat\- und Firmenkunden in der Schweiz. Mit unseren Werbe\- und Geschenk\-Artikeln, unseren Sortimenten zu Fahnen, Blachen und Nützliches für und Garten sowie unseren Trend\-Artikeln in den Themen Mobilität \& Reisen, Freizeit \& Outdoor, Do it \& Garten sowie Home \& Living überraschen und begeistern wir tagtäglich unsere Kunden.

Sie führen gerne ein Team, packen aber auch selbst an? Als Operative/r Teamleiter/in Kundendienst sind Sie Ansprechperson für Ihr Team und für unsere Kundschaft. Sie beraten am Telefon, bearbeiten Reklamationen und sorgen dafür, dass bei uns der Service stimmt.

Für unseren Kundendienst suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit selbständiger und strukturierter Arbeitsweise als

Operative/r Teamleiter/in Kundendienst 100% (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Führung und Entwicklung (ca. 30–40 %)

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Kundendienst\-Teams (6 Mitarbeitende)
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesbetriebs
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Abläufe und der Servicequalität

Operative Mitarbeit (ca. 60–70 %)

  • Beratung unserer Kundschaft per Telefon und E\-Mail auf Deutsch und ösisch
  • Erfassung von Offerten, Kundenbestellungen, Rechnungen und Gutschriften
  • Pflege der Kundenstammdaten
  • Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Bonitätsprüfungen, Bearbeitung von Klärfällen und bei Bedarf Erstellung von Vorauszahlungen
  • Diverse administrative Arbeiten

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (KV EFZ) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erste Führungserfahrung, z. B. als Stellvertretung oder Teamleader, von Vorteil
  • Freude am täglichen telefonischen Kundenkontakt
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute ösischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ruhe und Übersicht auch in hektischen Phasen und bei saisonalen Arbeitsspitzen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS\-Office\-Anwendungen
