Rostudios is an exciting and fast-growing international fitness and lifestyle brand, and we are looking for a motivated Customer Relations Agent to join our Team. We're looking for someone who loves helping people, enjoys solving problems, and knows how to turn every customer interaction into a positive experience.

At Rostudios, we're all about movement, energy, and community. With our two concepts, Rocycle and Roform, we're growing internationally and creating spaces where people can move, connect, and feel their best.

As a Customer Relations Agent, you'll be an important part of that experience. You're one of the first points of contact for our community, helping both new and existing customers with their questions, bookings, and challenges. Whether it's a quick question or a more complex issue, you'll make sure every customer feels heard, supported, and taken care of.

We're looking for someone who's proactive, solution-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping others. Someone who takes ownership, thinks one step ahead, and feels at home in a fast-moving, international team.

What will you do?

  • Respond to customer questions and requests through email, support tickets, social media and other communication channels.
  • Deliver friendly, efficient, and high-quality customer support that reflects the Rostudios experience.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and find practical solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with external system providers to flag (technical) issues and help resolve them.
  • Identify recurring questions and opportunities to improve our customer experience.
  • Contribute to FAQs, internal processes, and projects that make our customer support even better.

Please note, the full time salary is 2,600 euros per month. We are searching for someone to work ± 20 hours over 3 days and therefore pay will be prorated to match the amount of hours hired.

Your qualifications

  • Preferably 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role.
  • Availability to work 12–20 hours per week, including occasional weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-first mindset and a natural ability to make people feel welcome and supported.
  • A proactive attitude. You take ownership, know how to prioritize, and don't stop at the first obstacle.
  • The ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
  • Confidence in working with different digital tools and systems, and the ability to learn new ones quickly.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Dutch, German or Spanish is a plus.
  • An interest in fitness, wellness, and hospitality, and enthusiasm for the Rostudios brand.
  • Based in the Netherlands, and able to work from our Amsterdam based headquarters.
  • Available to start 1st December 2026
