Estamos buscando um(a) Representante de Vendas Externo(a) | PJ responsável por prospectar, apresentar e vender soluções tecnológicas inovadoras para gestão de frotas e logística. Você será o elo entre a Rota Oeste Veículos | On Innovation e os principais tomadores de decisão do segmento de transportes, conduzindo o ciclo completo de vendas com foco em resultados e relacionamento consultivo.

📝 O que você irá fazer:

Prospectar ativamente novos clientes no segmento de transportes e logística, identificando oportunidades de negócio;

Apresentar e demonstrar as soluções da empresa de forma consultiva;

Conduzir o ciclo completo de vendas: prospecção, qualificação, demonstração, proposta, negociação e fechamento;

Realizar visitas presenciais a clientes e prospects na região de atuação com disponibilidade para viagens;

Fazer o acompanhamento inicial do cliente após fechamento, garantindo sucesso na implementação;

Manter relacionamento ativo com a carteira de clientes visando retenção, satisfação e expansão de negócios;

Atingir e superar as metas mensais de vendas estabelecidas pela liderança;

Registrar atividades, oportunidades e pipeline comercial no CRM da empresa;

Reportar resultados, desafios e insights de mercado à liderança de forma consistente.

Vivência comprovada em vendas no segmento de transportes e/ou logística;

Veículo próprio e disponibilidade para deslocamentos e viagens na região;

Perfil consultivo, proativo e fortemente orientado a resultados;

Habilidade de prospecção ativa e negociação com gestores e diretores;

Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de gestão do próprio tempo;

Familiaridade com ferramentas digitais (e-mail, CRM, apresentações);

⭐ Diferenciais que vão te destacar: Experiência com venda de rastreadores, telemetria, conectividade ou software de gestão de frotas; Carteira de clientes ativa no segmento de transportes/logística; Experiência com ciclo de venda consultiva B2B e SaaS; Conhecimento do mercado de Rondonópolis e região.
