Location: Lintgen, LuxembourgWe are currently moving to our brand-new Industry 4.0 manufacturing site in Bissen, a state-of-the-art facility designed to provide an outstanding working environment for our employees while supporting operational excellence and innovation.Your mission:As a Product Manager, the role involves supporting business growth and sales of Rotarex fire suppression solutions for selected accounts and territories.Your responsibilities will include:Product Management & Development:Manage the Firetec products and systems throughout the entire Product Lifecycle: ideation, development, introduction, growth, maturity, and end-of-life.Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, defining development scope and creating project initiation documentation.Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, production, marketing, purchasing, and sales for successful product development. Manage small scale projects.Drive cross-functional product launches and business planning processes.Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.Training & Communication:Provide technical and commercial training for internal and external customers. Collaborate on training materials creation and updates.Product Positioning & Strategy:Develop positioning and messaging for Rotarex Firetec products.Maintain and enhance costing and pricing tools.
