Description de tâches:Continuous Improvement ManagerAbout RotarexRotarex is a global leader in high-performance industrial solutions, serving demanding industries worldwide through innovation, engineering excellence, and customer commitment.With operations across multiple international markets, we combine strong industrial expertise with a culture focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and collaboration.Our success is driven by talented people, technical know-how, and a shared ambition to shape the future of manufacturing.Location: Lintgen, LuxembourgRelocation planned this year to our brand-new Industry 4.0 production site in Bissen : a modern, state-of-the-art environment designed to foster innovation, efficiency, and collaboration.Your MissionAs a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the Group.You will lead the deployment of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize industrial performance, improve production flows, reduce waste, and support sustainable continuous improvement initiatives.You will also act as a change agent by coaching teams, leading transformation projects, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across departments and international sites.Your ResponsibilitiesLean Manufacturing Deployment• Coordinate and support Lean Manufacturing initiatives at Group level• Drive the implementation and monitoring of OEE• Identify and reduce operational waste• Implement and optimize KANBAN systems• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping workshops• Lead Lean Material Flow improvement initiatives• Implement One-Piece-Flow using Work Balancing methodologies• Promote continuous improvement best practices across production environmentsSix Sigma Deployment• Deliver internal Green Belt training sessions• Coach and support Green Belts in project execution• Lead Six Sigma projects from identification to implementation• Ensure measurable performance improvements through data-driven methodologiesChange Management & Transformation• Support teams during organizational and process changes• Develop clear communication and implementation plans• Provide training and coaching on change management methodologies• Coordinate global project planning and follow-up activitiesYour ProfileTechnical Skills• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt• Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing within an industrial environment• Strong knowledge of Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies• Good understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 standards• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills• Fluent in French and English Personal Skills• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities• Hands-on mindset with the ability to influence and engage teams• Problem-solver with a proactive and creative approach• Ability to build consensus across functions and cultures• Well-organized, structured, and improvement-oriented• Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced industrial environmentWhat You Will Find at Rotarex• The strength and stability of a global industrial group• A collaborative, international, and innovation-driven environment• Real opportunities for career growth and professional development• Exposure to strategic industrial transformation projects• A modern Industry 4.0 workplace designed for performance and employee wellbeing• Attractive compensation package and flexible working conditionsJoin Us!Looking for a new challenge where you can make a real impact on industrial performance and transformation?Join Rotarex and contribute to the development of innovative industrial solutions used worldwide!Please note that only applications submitted through our official recruitment process will be considered.All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
