Description de tâches: Poste basé à Lintgen (Luxembourg)Déménagement en cours vers notre nouveau site industriel 4.0 à Bissen, un environnement moderne conçu pour favoriser à la fois la performance industrielle et le bien-être des équipes Votre missionAu cœur du service RH, vous assurez la gestion administrative quotidienne des collaborateurs, principalement des ouvriers et étudiants, tout en participant activement au processus de paie.Vous jouez ainsi un rôle essentiel dans la fiabilité des données RH, le suivi administratif des collaborateurs et le bon déroulement des processus liés à la paie. Vos principales responsabilitésAdrministration du personnel : Assurer le suivi administratif quotidien des dossiers du personnel Encoder et gérer les maladies, absences et autres événements dans le Time Management System Assurer les échanges avec les différentes administrations et organismes officiels Rédiger divers courriers, attestations et communications RH Gérer le classement, l'archivage et la mise à jour des dossiers administratifs Assurer le suivi des congés parentaux et congés de paternité, ainsi que les demandes de remboursement associées Assurer le suivi des périodes d'essai Rédiger les contrats de travail et gérer l'intégralité des dossiers des nouveaux entrants ouvriers Assurer le suivi administratif du personnel intérimairePayroll & Gestion de la paie : Vérifier et contrôler les pointages Encoder et suivre les cartes d'impôts Encoder et gérer les absences Calculer et gérer les différents suppléments, primes et indemnités Gérer les heures supplémentaires Traiter les saisies et cessions sur salaires Préparer et envoyer les virements des acomptes et décomptes salariaux Établir les soldes de tout compte dans le cadre des fins de contrat Préparer les fichiers annexes liés à la paie Votre profilCompétences techniques Formation en Ressources Humaines, Administration ou domaine similaire (Bac+2 à Bac+5) Première expérience réussie en administration du personnel et/ou gestion de la paie Bonne connaissance de la législation sociale luxembourgeoise Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office 365 La connaissance d'un logiciel de paie (Wisal/Aptos ou équivalent) constitue un avantageCompétences personnelles Rigueur, discrétion et sens de la confidentialité Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et rédactionnelles Esprit d'équipe, proactivité et sens du service Langues Français courant, à l'oral comme à l'écrit La maîtrise de l'anglais constitue un atout✨ Ce qui rend ce poste unique Un rôle clé au sein des RH dans la gestion administrative quotidienne des collaborateurs et dans la fiabilité des processus RH et de paie Un travail avec une forte proximité avec l'environnement industriel L'opportunité de rejoindre un groupe industriel reconnu au Luxembourg et à l'international La possibilité d'intégrer une équipe expérimentée
