Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Lagerteams mit ca. 8 festangestellten Mitarbeitenden
  • Führung, Motivation, Schulung und Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams
  • Organisation, Koordination, Steuerung und Kontrolle aller Lagerbereiche einschließlich Inventur
  • Termingerechte und produktionsorientierte Bereitstellung von Teilen bei kosteneffizienter Lagerbewirtschaftung
  • Verwaltung des Gefahrstoffkatasters
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und effizienten Ablaufs der Materialausgabe
  • Einhaltung und Kontrolle aller gesetzlichen Regelungen, Verordnungen, Genehmigungen sowie Arbeits- und Dienstanweisungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Logistik oder Lagerlogistik, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Fachwirt Lagerlogistik
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung und sehr gutes technisches Verständnis, idealerweise in den Bereichen Kommunalfahrzeugtechnik, Sonderfahrzeugbau, LKW-Aufbauten, Bau- oder Landmaschinentechnik
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise proALPHA
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und kommunikative Stärke
  • Zielorientierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Analysestärke, ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick und hohe Umsetzungsorientierung
  • Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
