En tant qu’ Assistant(e) Banquier Privé, vous travaillez en binôme avec un banquier privé, et vous êtes un acteur essentiel dans la gestion de la relation avec notre clientèle.

Vos missions sont les suivantes :

Gestion et suivi de la relation clientèle

  • Répondre aux questions et aux besoins des clients sur la banque au quotidien (Banque à distance, moyens de paiement etc.)
  • Transmettre les informations importantes communiquées par le client auprès de votre binôme banquier.
  • Ouverture des comptes, saisie des ordres, etc.

Binôme Banquier Privé

  • Préparer les rendez-vous pour les banquiers privés.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents services de la Banque (Back Office, , équipe courtage en assurances, service juridique…).

Gestion des comptes :

  • Réaliser un travail quotidien sur les mouvements et fonctionnement des comptes.
  • Effectuer la saisie des versements, rachats, changements des mandats pour les contrats d’assurance vie.
  • Assurer la conformité de l’ensemble des dossiers pour chaque rendez-vous clients : régularisation des MIFS, CNI, mandats de gestion

Profil :

- Diplômé(e) d’une formation en Gestion de patrimoine/Banque/Finance, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative (3-5 ans) en assistanat de Banquier Privé.

- Vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance de l’environnement bancaire et des marchés financiers.

- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, organisation et sens des priorités et surtout vos qualités relationnelles.

- Vous maîtrisez le pack Microsoft en particulier Excel et Power point.

Un bon niveau d’anglais serait un plus.
