Contexte

Rothschild & Co Asset Management recherche un(e) Compliance Officer au sein de son département Conformité, pour un poste en CDI. Directement rattaché(e) à la Responsable Adjointe Conformité de Rothschild & Co Asset Management, vous intégrez l’équipe Conformité composée de 3 personnes.

Missions

- Participer à l’évolution du dispositif de contrôle de conformité existant ;

- Participer au contrôle KYC/KYD des clients de la société de gestion ;

- Examen et traitement des demandes de due diligence provenant des partenaires (clients, dépositaires, CAC, brokers…) et/ou prospects ;

- Participer à la veille réglementaire, à la tenue des bases de données documentaires et aux impacts opérationnels des textes applicables ;

- Rédiger et actualiser les procédures du département Conformité ;

- Conduire des revues transversales sur certains thèmes (base clients, pré-affectation des ordres primaires, exclusion ESG…) ;

- Participer à la validation des communications publicitaires à destination des clients/prospects ;

- Participer à la production des différents reporting réglementaires, intragroupe et externes ;

- Assister les collaborateurs dans l’application des règles de bonne conduite (règles de

déontologie des collaborateurs, règles applicables en matière de prévention et gestion des conflits d’intérêts, etc…) ;

- S’assurer du suivi des recommandations de l’audit interne/externe ;

- Participation aux comités internes tenus par la conformité et les différents départements : comité d’acceptation clients, comité de suivi des controverses… ;

- Vous pourrez également être amené(e) à participer aux formations réglementaires des équipes opérationnelles.

Profil et compétences

- De formation supérieure en Droit/Economie ou équivalent ;

- Une première expérience en Conformité serait un plus ;

- Vous avez un sens aigu de la confidentialité ;

- Vous êtes proactif(ve), curieux(se), autonome, rigoureux(se), organisé(e), réactif(ve), et avez le sens de la planification et des priorités ;

- Vous avez un bon relationnel et êtes diplomate ;

- Vous disposez d'une bonne capacité d'adaptation et savez travailler en équipe et de manière transversale avec des interlocuteurs multiples et exigeants ;

- Vous démontrez une capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et disposez de qualités rédactionnelles ;

- Vous possédez un bon niveau en anglais et avez une bonne maîtrise du pack office.
