L’équipe Finance France regroupe 70 personnes dans chacun des métiers au sein notamment des services comptable, réglementaire, contrôle de gestion, trésorerie & ALM.

Nous recherchons un(e) Finance & Project Manager.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur comptable, il (elle) rejoindra une équipe de 30 personnes réparties sur Paris & Marseille au sein de pôles métiers et de pôle spécialisés (coût, reportings/conso, tax, procurement et transverses) dans laquelle il (elle) jouera un rôle actif.

Description du poste

Le (la) Finance & Project Manager aura en charge les aspects suivants :

  • Supervision de la production des comptes annuels et prévisionnels sociaux des entités françaises et contribution aux reportings ad-hocs (BALO, CSRD)
  • Coordination de la production des comptes consolidés (de 2 sous-paliers) à base trimestrielle et préparation des livrables pour les conseils d’administration.
  • Gestion du projet d’implémentation de l’outil Group Reporting en lien avec le Group Finance.
  • Point de contact clé pour accompagner/ former les interlocuteurs France, Belgique, Monaco, Luxembourg & Italie sur l’outil Group Reporting. Les interactions sont nombreuses avec le Groupe (day-to-day, projets).
  • Coordination du rapport annuel des comptes consolidés (en français et en anglais)
  • Participation active aux projets comptables et finance (optimisation, transformation & implémentation)

Il(elle) sera à même d’être force de proposition pour accompagner l’évolution de l’existant en lien avec les différents interlocuteurs de la Maison, y compris le top management. Il (elle) sera animé(e) par une volonté d’amélioration continue en proposant des processus et des contrôles toujours plus efficients et ciblés. Il (elle) dispose d’une grande polyvalence pour intervenir dans un environnement complexe et exigeant.

Formation et compétences requises

D.S.C.G. et expérience significative (~10-15 ans), ou Master en finance comptabilité option contrôle audit (CCA)

Expérience requise en consolidation de 6-8 ans (variation des capitaux propres, effets de périmètre)

Parfaite maîtrise de SAP FC

Anglais courant indispensable

Grande capacité d’adaptation et autonomie

Bonnes qualités relationnelles et de communication

Goût du travail en équipe

Force de proposition sur des analyses techniques et métiers

Forte capacité d’analyse

Bonne maîtrise de l’outil informatique (Microsoft et logiciel comptable intégré)

La connaissance du monde bancaire serait un plus.
