Dans le cadre du renforcement stratégique du Pôle Conseil Banque Privée / Activité Bancaire, Rothschild & Co Martin Maurel recrute un(e) Juriste Senior en Droit Bancaire, en CDI.

Ce poste à haute valeur ajoutée s’inscrit dans une dynamique de gouvernance juridique renforcée et de transversalité interfonctionnelle.

Le poste est proposé sur Marseille ou Paris et est à pourvoir dès que possible.

PRINCIPAUX CLIENTS DE LA FONCTION ET AUTRES ACTEURS IMPLIQUES

  • Clients internes : équipes commerciales et fonctions support du Groupe Rothschild & Co en France, Belgique, Luxembourg, Italie et Monaco.
  • Interlocuteurs externes : avocats, commissaires de justice, conseils juridiques, associations professionnelles (FBF, OCBF, etc.).

RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Responsable du Pôle Conseil Banque Privée / Activité bancaire.

PRINCIPALES MISSIONS (périmètre France, Belgique, Luxembourg, Italie, Monaco)

- Conseil juridique en droit bancaire sur les opérations de tenue de compte, moyens de paiement, et financements complexes.

- Accompagnement juridique des projets de transformation réglementaire et business, en lien notamment avec les fonctions Conformité, Risques, Opérations et Crédits.

- Modélisation et gestion de la documentation contractuelle (notamment crédit, garantie, séquestre … ).

- Validation des documents contractuels et précontractuels relatifs aux produits et services bancaires.

- Collaboration aux ateliers et chantiers internes relatifs aux évolutions des process et du business.

- Participation active aux groupes de travail interprofessionnels (FBF, OCBF) et aux instances de place.

- Veille juridique stratégique et animation de formations internes sur les évolutions réglementaires.

- Contribution à la rédaction et à l’actualisation des procédures internes du pôle.

COMPETENCES REQUISES

- Formation supérieure en Droit bancaire et financier (Master 2 / DJCE).

- Expérience confirmée (3 à 5 ans minimum) dans un environnement bancaire, de préférence orienté gestion de grandes fortunes.

- Maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais juridique (oral et écrit) permettant d’être à même de négocier une documentation juridique dans cette langue.

- Forte capacité d’analyse, de synthèse, autonomie, rigueur, et aptitude au travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire.

- Disponibilité, motivation et engagement constant dans un environnement exigeant.
