ROTO DINAMIC, vodeći hrvatski distributer hrane i pića u području veleprodaje i specijalizirane maloprodaje te član Fortenova grupe, u potrazi je za novim članovima prodajnog tima koji će upravljati razvojem Cash&Carry centara u Zagrebu, Osijeku, Varaždinu, Dubrovniku, Splitu, Šibeniku, Zadru, Poreču i Puli. Riječ je o poziciji koja je odgovorna za cjelokupno operativno i komercijalno poslovanje centra te ostvarenje planiranih rezultata uz učinkovito vođenje zaposlenika, upravljanje robom, prodajnim prostorom i troškovima centra.

Ključne odgovornosti Voditelja Cash&Carry centra su:

  • Organiziranje i upravljanje svakodnevnim poslovanjem centra
  • Upravljanje prodajom i rezultatima, praćanje prometa te ostvarenje plana u odnosu na budžet
  • Analiza potreba kupaca, tržišnih trendova i konkurentskog okruženja radi prepoznavanja novih poslovnih prilika
  • Upravljanje robom i zalihama uz osiguravanje odgovarajuće dostupnosti robe, kontrole popunjenosti polica, itd.
  • Svakodnevni obilazak prodajnog prostora
  • Vođenje zaposlenika, organiziranje rada i izrada rasporeda
  • Aktivna prisutnost u prodajnom prostoru te komuniciranje s kupcima
  • Nadzor nad blagajničkim poslovanjem
  • Kontrola tehničke ispravnosti centra i opreme
  • Izrada analiza, prijedloga i akcijskih planova za unaprjeđenje rada centra

U ovoj ćete ulozi uspjeti ako:

  • Imate iskustva u maloprododaji, veleprodaji ili Cash&Carry poslovanju
  • Znate organizirati rad i voditi zaposlenike
  • Razumijete kako funkcionira prodaja, zalihe, marža i troškovi
  • Usmjereni ste na kupca i poslovni rezultat
  • Samostalni ste, odgovorni i sposobni rješavati probleme
  • Poznajete poslovne sustave i MS Office programe
