VACATURE : COMMERCIEEL MANAGER – elektrificatie & -oplossingen – regio Antwerpen/België/Remote

Voor onze klant - een groeiend bedrijf - zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren en daadkrachtige Commercieel Manager die de commerciële ambities naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Jouw rol

✅ Als Commercieel manager neem je de volledige leiding over onze commerciële werking. Je stuurt een commercieel team aan, werkt nauw samen met de business developers, marketeer en sales engineers bij de opmaak van offertes en draagt bij aan de marketingstrategie. Bovendien maak je deel uit van ons managementteam en denk je actief mee over de strategische koers van de organisatie.

✅Je bent geen uitsluitende denker — je bent ook een doener. Je sluit deals, ondersteunt je team op het terrein en bent een echte sparringpartner voor collega's en klanten.

Jouw takenpakket

• Leiden, coachen en aansturen van het commercieel team en de sales engineers (1to1, evolutiegesprekken, …)

• Actief bijdragen aan deal closing en klantrelaties, partnerships opzetten en onderhouden

• Opvolging en analyse van ERP-data om gefundeerde commerciële beslissingen te nemen

• Betrokkenheid bij marketing en positionering

• Strategische input leveren als lid van het managementteam

• Legal & contract management

• Pro actief sales en marketing proces bewaken en optimaliseren

• Budgetopvolging en rapportering

Jouw profiel

✅Minimum 10 jaar ervaring in een commerciële leidinggevende rol

✅Bewezen track record in het aansturen van salesteams

✅Uitstekende people management en communicatieve vaardigheden

✅Echte dealcloser met commerciële drive

✅Je hebt een échte entrepreneur mindset

✅Strategisch denker én hands-on uitvoerder

✅Ervaring met grote EPC projecten is een plus

✅Sterke analytische vaardigheden en goede kennis van ERP-systemen

✅Vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, een goede kennis Frans is een troef
