Entry-Level Automotive Sales Consultant

Route 128 Honda | Reading, MA

Are you motivated, energetic, and looking for a career with unlimited income potential? Route 128 Honda is seeking Entry-Level Automotive Sales Consultants to join our award-winning team. No automotive sales experience is required. We provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, restaurants, athletics, or any customer-facing role who are ready to build a long-term career.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers in finding the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and technology
  • Conduct test drives
  • Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
  • Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Learn Honda products, financing options, and dealership processes
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Languages preferred Portuguese, French, and Spanish
