The posting

Voor ons TechCenter in Dordrecht, waar techniek tot leven komt, zijn wij op zoek naar een spontane en gastvrije Frontoffice medewerker die van aanpakken houdt. Jij bent het eerste gezicht dat onze gasten zien: je ontvangt hen met een glimlach, houdt de planning van het TechCenter op orde en bent het aanspreekpunt van de locatie. Je ziet wat er moet gebeuren, je denkt vooruit, regelt de dagelijkse gang van zaken, verdeelt het werk en bent de schakel met ons TechCenter in Ede.

Een gastvrije ontvangst begint bij een locatie die er tiptop uitziet. Jouw werk beperkt zich dus niet tot de balie: samen met je collega’s houd je de algemene ruimtes netjes. Je zet zalen klaar, vult de koffiemachines aan, geeft de toiletten een frisse beurt, helpt mee met de afwas en maakt de patio schoon. Daarnaast verwerk je reserveringen en administratie, plaats je bestellingen, regel je onderhoud met de verhuurder en externe partijen en ondersteun je de docenten in het practicum. Is de technische dienst afwezig? Dan neem je waar mogelijk (eenvoudige) taken over. Je doet het werk samen met je directe collega’s.

Bij voorkeur werk je van maandag t/m vrijdag. Het TechCenter is gesloten op zondagen, officiële feestdagen en in de week tussen kerst en oud & nieuw.

  • Jij maakt gemakkelijk contact met onze gasten en denkt met hen mee
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig, werkt zelfstandig en schakelt hulp in als dat nodig is
  • Jij beschikt over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en houdt van plannen en organiseren
  • Jij houdt ervan om met je handen te werken en bent niet bang om ze uit de mouwen te steken
  • Jij bent flexibel ingesteld voor zowel werkdagen als werktijden
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een EHBO-certificaat en/of BHV-diploma, of bent bereid deze te halen
  • Je bent bereid aanvullende (technische) trainingen te volgen

Gezamenlijk zorgen we ervoor dat onze cursisten, docenten en gasten zich welkom voelen en dat het hen aan niets ontbreekt. Op onze locatie in Dordrecht werk je nauw samen met de docenten, de technische dienst en je collega's van het TechCenter. De werksfeer is positief; we staan als collega's voor elkaar klaar. Het werk zelf is afwisselend en veelzijdig. Je kan jezelf zoveel uitdagen als je wilt. Vanaf dag één word je volledig opgenomen in ons fijne team en ben je direct van grote waarde als ROVC-collega.

Let op: de hieronder genoemde salarisindicatie is een brutobedrag en op basis van een fulltime dienstverband.
