*Mitarbeiter\in Buchhaltung \& Sekretariat (50–60%)**

In dieser abwechslungsreichen Drehscheibenfunktion unterstützen Sie uns sowohl im Finanzwesen als auch im administrativen Tagesgeschäft.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben in der Buchhaltung

\- Erfassen und Verbuchen von Kreditoren/Debitoren\- und Bankbelegen

\- Vorbereitung von Zahlungen

\- Erstellung von Spesenabrechnungen und Mithilfe im Mahnwesen

\- INTRASTAT\-Erstellung (Statistik), sowie Erstellen der monatlichen VAT\-Meldung (DE)

\- Mithilfe bei den MWST\-CH\-Quartalsabrechnungen

\- Unterstützung bei Monats\- und Jahresabschlüssen

\- Ordnungsgemässe Ablage und Archivierung von Dokumenten

Ihre Hauptaufgaben im Sekretariat

\- Betreuung des \-E\-Mail\-Postfachs und allgemeine Korrespondenz

\- Telefonischer Kundenkontakt auf Deutsch und Englisch sowie Weiterleitung von Informationen

\- Vorbereitung von Sitzungen und freundlicher Empfang unserer Gäste

\- Unterstützung des Vertriebsinnendienst bei der Auftragsabwicklung

Das bringen Sie mit

\- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, Fachausweis von Vorteil

\- Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung gewünscht

\- Kenntnisse in SelectLine und Microsoft 365 von Vorteil

\- Sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse

\- Selbstständige, exakte und diskrete Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Dienstleistungsorientierung
