- Partner with People Operations to ensure design/process includes what they need to coordinate onboarding (e.g. pre-boarding and onboarding activities, workstation assignments, onboarding logistics for office-based employees, workflows in HiBob and other People systems, act as first tier support for routine questions)

- Ensure onboarding strategy connects to the broader talent development lifecycle

- Build and maintain the full suite of onboarding program components - orientation, learning journeys, job aids, guides, check-ins, connection opportunities, etc.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
