Au sein du département méthodes et rattaché au leader du pôle, vous pilotez, coordonnez et optimisez les procédés de fabrication liés à l'usinage dans le respect des exigences sécurité, qualité, délais et performance.

Vous assurez une participation active à l'industrialisation des nouveaux produits et à l'expertise générale des procédés de votre périmètre.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

  • Définir, optimiser et faire évoluer les procédés d'usinage en phase d'industrialisation et de production série
  • Piloter les validations industrielles
  • Piloter la mise en œuvre des évolutions techniques et garantir la cohérence des dossiers industriels
  • Conduire les démarches de résolution de problèmes et définir les actions correctives et préventives (procédé, investissement, projets Lean, mise à jour des temps gammes)
  • Définir les besoins en moyens industriels, outillages et investissements en lien avec les équipes concernées
  • Participer aux projets d'amélioration continue visant à optimiser les performances industrielles, les temps de cycle et la qualité des fabrications (DMAIC, 5S, VSM, SMED, ergonomie)
  • Assurer un rôle de référent technique auprès des équipes de production et contribuer à la montée en compétences des collaborateurs
  • Construire la stratégie d’usinage et les gammes et documents d’exécution associés,
  • Réaliser les AMDEC procédés et piloter les actions résultantes
  • Être l’interface qualité pour le traitement des fiches d’évènement, des RPO (Résolution de Problèmes Opérationnels), 8D et le traitement des alarmes
