**Vil du stå i spidsen for udviklingen af fiskeriet, skabe resultater gennem mennesker og samtidig udvikle dig som leder?**Royal Greenland søger en leder for fiskeriudvikling, der får ansvaret for vores team af fiskerikonsulenter og en central rolle i den fortsatte udvikling af fiskeriet fra mindre fartøjer i Grønland.

Din rolleSom leder for fiskeriudvikling skal du sætte retning, inspirere og udvikle dit team og omsætte vores ambitioner for fiskeriet til konkrete initiativer.

Du bliver samtidig et vigtigt bindeled mellem fiskerne, vores drift, myndigheder og øvrige samarbejdspartnere. Derfor får du en rolle med både ledelsesansvar, stor kontaktflade og mulighed for at påvirke udviklingen af fiskeriet i Grønland.

Dine opgaver

Sammen med fiskerikonsulenterne skal du være tæt på fiskerne og de muligheder og udfordringer, de møder i hverdagen. Du skal blandt andet:

  • Lede, coache og udvikle teamet af fiskerikonsulenter
  • Udarbejde og gennemføre handlingsplaner for udvikling af fiskeriet
  • Skabe stærke relationer og dialog med fiskere, myndigheder og interesseorganisationer
  • Samarbejde med driften om at skabe sammenhæng mellem fiskeri, råvarer og produktionskapacitet
  • Understøtte udvikling og investeringer i flåden samt nye initiativer for fiskerne
  • Være på forkant med nye muligheder og teknologisk udvikling inden for fiskeriet

Hvem forestiller vi os, du er?Vi forestiller os, at du er en engageret og synlig leder, der motiveres af at skabe resultater gennem andre. Du kan sætte en tydelig retning, men giver samtidig dine medarbejdere plads til at tage ansvar, udvikle sig og bringe deres faglighed i spil.

Du har relevant ledererfaring fra fiskeriet, FMCG eller en beslægtet branche og er stærk til at skabe relationer og samarbejde på tværs af forskellige interessenter.

Du arbejder struktureret og resultatorienteret, har forretningsforståelse og formår at omsætte strategi til handling. Det er desuden en fordel, hvis du behersker, dansk og engelsk. Grønlandsk i skrift og tale er et ufravigeligt krav, for at kunne besætte denne stilling.

Din base bliver som udgangspunkt NuukStillingen har base på Royal Greenlands kontor i Nuuk, men dit arbejdsområde er hele Grønland. Dog kan anden bopæl end Nuuk evt. komme på tale.

Du får derfor en hverdag, hvor du både arbejder tæt sammen med kolleger på tværs af Royal Greenland og kommer tæt på fiskere og lokalsamfund rundt omkring i landet.

Det giver dig mulighed for at opleve fiskeriet dér, hvor det foregår, opbygge stærke relationer og sammen med dit team gøre en konkret forskel for udviklingen af fiskeriet.
