Brand Engagement Associate — Positive Team Environment

Work alongside supportive colleagues while building customer-facing skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Royal Organisation is looking for individuals to join our face-to-face sales team. You’ll represent assigned clients, learn to communicate campaign messages and contribute to shared goals in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engage potential customers at event and outdoor campaign locations.
  • Introduce client products, services or causes.
  • Listen to questions and provide accurate information.
  • Support interested customers through sign-up.
  • Work towards sales objectives and learn from team feedback.
