Customer Engagement Associate — Mentorship Provided

Gain experience working with customers while developing your communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Join Royal Organisation’s customer-facing sales team and learn how to communicate client offerings clearly. You’ll engage potential customers through face-to-face outreach, with coaching to help you improve through experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Start conversations at assigned campaign locations.
  • Explain client products, services and campaign details accurately.
  • Listen to customer questions and respond professionally.
  • Support interested customers through sign-up.
  • Contribute to individual and team sales objectives.
