Sales & Marketing Development Executive — Performance-Based Progression

Roles & Responsibilities

Looking for a role where you can build your skills and work towards greater responsibility?

Royal Organisation is recruiting individuals who want to develop in sales, customer communication and team leadership. You’ll begin with hands-on campaign sales, learning how to engage customers and represent clients professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Approach potential customers at assigned campaign locations.
  • Present products, services or campaign offerings face to face.
  • Answer customer questions and support interested customers through sign-up.
  • Work towards sales targets and review your progress with your mentor.
  • Develop coaching skills as you become ready to support others.
