Sales & Marketing Executive — Build Confidence | Training Provided

Roles & Responsibilities

You don’t need a perfect pitch on day one. You do need to be willing to practise.

Royal Organisation is looking for individuals who want to strengthen their communication skills through face-to-face sales. You’ll learn to start conversations, explain client offerings and respond to customer questions with guidance from your team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Represent clients at event sites and outdoor campaign locations.
  • Introduce products, services or causes to potential customers.
  • Listen to customer questions and communicate relevant information.
  • Support interested customers through sign-up.
  • Work towards sales targets and improve your approach through feedback.
