Roles & Responsibilities

Interested in building sales experience and learning how to support a team?

At Royal Organisation, you’ll begin with the foundations of face-to-face sales and customer engagement. As you develop consistent performance and demonstrate readiness, you may take on responsibilities such as coaching newcomers and supporting campaign coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Learn and deliver client presentations at campaign locations.
  • Engage potential customers and respond to enquiries.
  • Work towards individual and team sales objectives.
  • Review your progress and apply feedback from your mentor.
  • Develop the communication skills needed to guide others.
