Sales & Marketing Representative — Performance-Based Progression

Roles & Responsibilities

Looking for opportunities to take on greater responsibility as your skills and results develop?

Royal Organisation is expanding our face-to-face Sales & Marketing team. You’ll start by learning customer engagement and campaign sales, with opportunities to develop into coaching and team support responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engage potential customers at assigned campaign locations.
  • Present client offerings and answer customer questions.
  • Work towards individual and team sales goals.
  • Apply feedback and develop consistent working habits.
  • Support newer colleagues when ready for additional responsibility.
