Roles & Responsibilities

Want to become someone who can deliver results and help others improve?

At Royal Organisation, you’ll start by learning face-to-face sales and customer engagement. As you demonstrate consistent performance and readiness, you can work towards responsibilities such as supporting newcomers and coaching customer presentations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Learn your assigned campaign and present its offerings accurately.
  • Engage potential customers at event and outdoor outreach locations.
  • Answer enquiries and guide interested customers through sign-up.
  • Work towards individual and team sales goals.
  • Develop the skills to support others as you gain experience.
