Sales & Marketing Trainee — Learning & Progression

Start with the fundamentals and develop towards greater responsibility.

Roles & Responsibilities

Royal Organisation welcomes individuals who want to learn face-to-face sales through practical experience. You’ll begin with campaign knowledge, customer engagement and presentations, supported by regular coaching.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Learn your assigned client’s products, services or campaign.
  • Engage potential customers at event and outdoor locations.
  • Deliver presentations and answer enquiries.
  • Assist interested customers with sign-up.
  • Work towards sales goals and review your progress with your mentor.
