Sales & Marketing Trainee — Performance-Based Career Development

Roles & Responsibilities

Interested in building sales experience and eventually helping others develop theirs?

Royal Organisation is looking for individuals who are ready to learn the foundations of face-to-face sales. You’ll start with customer engagement and campaign delivery, then work towards additional responsibilities as your performance and capabilities develop.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Learn to present your assigned client’s products, services or causes.
  • Engage potential customers at on-ground campaign locations.
  • Answer enquiries and guide interested customers through sign-up.
  • Work towards individual and team sales goals.
  • Apply coaching and develop the skills to support newcomers when ready.
