Sales Trainee — Future Leader, Current Learner

Roles & Responsibilities

Before you give the motivational speech, learn the customer presentation.

At Royal Organisation, you’ll start with the foundations of face-to-face sales. As you demonstrate consistent results, sound judgement and readiness, you may take on responsibilities supporting newcomers and coaching presentations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Learn your assigned campaign and present client offerings accurately.
  • Engage potential customers at on-ground campaign locations.
  • Answer enquiries and support sign-ups.
  • Work towards individual and team sales objectives.
  • Develop the skills to guide others as you progress.
