Binnen onze brouwersfamilie draait alles om vakmanschap, kwaliteit en passie voor bier. Onze brouwerij is continu in beweging met productvernieuwingen, marktintroducties en aanpassingen die bijdragen aan groei en innovatie

Als Quality Business Partner speel jij hierin een sleutelrol. Met jouw kennis van labeling, verpakkingen, productspecificaties, wetgeving en procedures zorg je ervoor dat onze producten compliant en met vertrouwen de markt op kunnen. Jij levert de juiste informatie op het juiste moment, zodat kwaliteit nooit ter discussie staat.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als Quality Business Partner bewaak je de kwaliteitsstandaarden bij elke wijziging van een product. Jij zorgt dat verpakking, labeling, wetgeving en procedures tot in de puntjes kloppen.
  • Je schrijft wettelijk correcte teksten voor op verpakkingen en controleert designs en artworks, altijd met oog voor detail en merkconsistentie.
  • Je analyseert je feedback van klanten en consumenten en vertaal je trends naar concrete verbeteringen. Tevens zorg je voor het correct invullen van verscheidene klantensystemen.
  • Je signaleert, adviseert proactief en realiseert verbeteringen. Hierbij voeg je waarde toe door risico’s in te schatten, maar tevens de belangen van de business in ogenschouw te nemen.
  • In deze functie ben je o.a. betrokken bij het beheren van onze claims. Denk hierbij aan Biologisch, Halal, Kosher certificeringen.
  • Je assisteert bij externe en interne audits, rapporteert de resultaten helder en doelgericht.

Dit ben jij

  • Je bent een kwaliteitsdenker met minstens een HBO-achtergrond in Food en hebt je ontwikkeld tot een specialist in etikettering en wetgeving.
  • Nauwkeurigheid zit in je DNA. Je hebt oog voor detail en zorgt dat alles klopt, van specificaties tot labels.
  • Je beschik over het vermogen om internationale kennis van wet- en regelgeving te interpreteren.
  • Kennis en ervaring met claim standaarden als Halal, Kosher, glutenvrij, etc. is een pré.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en wordt door je omgeving omschreven als een bruggenbouwer met een proactieve “can-do” mentaliteit.
  • Een echte teamspeler die met zelfvertrouwen doelen realiseert. Analytisch sterk, denken in processen.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse- en Engelse taal in woord en schrift.
