The posting

Werken in de haven, maar dan vanuit de logistieke administratie? Als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker bij Wagenborg Stevedoring zit je dicht op de operatie. Terwijl schepen worden geladen en gelost en vrachtwagens onze terminals in- en uitrijden, zorg jij ervoor dat achter de schermen alles administratief klopt.

Op onze terminals in Delfzijl en Eemshaven verzorgen we dagelijks de op- en overslag van verschillende goederen. Dat doen we met een nuchter en betrokken team, waarin collega's van de operatie en administratie nauw met elkaar samenwerken.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker zorg je ervoor dat de administratie rondom onze op- en overslagactiviteiten klopt. Je verwerkt inkomende en uitgaande orders en transportbewegingen, houdt de voorraadadministratie actueel en controleert of gegevens en klantinstructies juist zijn verwerkt. Zie je een afwijking? Dan zoek je uit wat er aan de hand is en zorg je samen met je collega's voor een oplossing.

Je werk speelt zich af midden in de dynamiek van de haven. Je hebt contact met chauffeurs die komen laden of lossen, klanten die informatie nodig hebben en collega's in de operatie die willen weten wat er voor een order geregeld moet worden. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met facturatie, documenten en dossiers en werk je volgens de geldende afspraken rondom onder andere kwaliteit, veiligheid en douane.

Geen dag is helemaal hetzelfde. De planning in de haven kan veranderen en soms vraagt dat ook wat flexibiliteit van jou. Het kan daarom voorkomen dat je een keer wat eerder begint of juist wat later werkt.

Wie ben jij?

Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en vindt het prettig om met verschillende mensen te schakelen. Ook als er meerdere dingen tegelijk gebeuren, blijf jij zorgvuldig werken.

  • Je hebt mbo+ werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je hebt ervaring met administratieve werkzaamheden;
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief vaardig en werkt nauwkeurig;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed en kunt je ook in het Engels (en bij voorkeur) Duits redden;
  • Je kunt goed overweg met Microsoft Office en maakt je nieuwe systemen gemakkelijk eigen;
  • Ervaring in een logistieke of industriële omgeving is mooi meegenomen.
